Upon your arrival, you will find a restored two-room apartment that faithfully preserves the historical character of the place. Inside, you can enjoy a double bedroom. At your disposal is an outdoor patio adorned with an antique solid wood table, where you can enjoy your meals with a view of holm oaks, the evergreen trees typical of mild areas like the one where the Podere is located. Il Leccio is the ideal apartment for couples seeking intimacy and inspiration.
The space
Thanks to the historical restoration work, at Podere La Gualda Vecchia you will be able to:

- Enjoy the outdoor patio equipped with tables, chairs, and loungers;
- Use the common outdoor spaces to be surrounded by nature;

Besides you, at Podere La Gualda Vecchia, there may be other guests or visitors of the Garden: the spaces are designed to ensure your tranquility and privacy, if you wish. If, on the other hand, you would like to meet the other inhabitants of the house, you will have the opportunity to do so!

In your house, “Leccio”, you will find:

- A bathroom complete with towels, toilet paper, a hairdryer, candles, and an organic courtesy kit;

- Various garden spaces furnished with everything you need to ensure maximum relaxation.
Guest access
Upon your arrival, you will have access to reserved parking. We will welcome you and show you the outdoor spaces and the accommodation where you will be staying. The assigned accommodation with independent access and the
pergola of the bedroom are for your exclusive use, while the countryside and all adjacent outdoor spaces can be shared with us, the owners of Podere La Gualda Vecchia, and the other guests.
Other details to note
When you arrive at Podere La Gualda Vecchia, we will ask for your documents for bureaucratic reasons, and if you wish, we will share with you the
characteristics of the place.
Every two days, we collect the waste and tidy up the house. We change the towels as needed,
relying on your ecological awareness. A more thorough cleaning and bed linen change are guaranteed once a
week.

The Leccio apartment accommodates up to 2 adults in the double bedroom and 1 adult on the sofa bed in the living area.
