I celebrate the courage of my younger self, who kept listening to the aching heart, even when the world was loud. I honour the mother, the traveller, the relentless seeker who never held back energy, love, or truth in the pursuit of a full, meaningful life. I am still a student — always will be — humble before nature, relationships, and change. But today, I choose to stop pointing out what I could’ve done better, and start being proud of how fiercely I’ve loved, how bravely I’ve moved, and how deeply I’ve grown. To every soul I’ve crossed paths with: thank you. And to myself: may I now learn to savour every little victory — with joy, not rush; with gratitude, not doubt. This place, La Gualda Vecchia, is a mirror of all this. If you ever come, may you find not just rest — but the courage to live all in, with presence and wonder, just as you are. Ogni giorno una scoperta. Vedere il Giardino Emoz Ogni giorno una scoperta. Vedere il Giardino Emozionale trasformarsi, anno dopo anno, in un vero microcosmo di biodiversità mi emoziona profondamente. La natura, quando la rispetti e la accompagni, risponde: ogni stagione è più ricca, più viva, più sorprendente. Avvistare queste meraviglie richiede pazienza, lentezza, presenza. Richiede occhi capaci di vedere anche ciò che si nasconde, di cogliere i dettagli minuscoli tra i rami e i fili d’erba. Ma poi, la natura ripaga. Sempre. Ogni incontro è un regalo. Ogni piccolo essere che torna o si insedia è una festa silenziosa. Oggi vi presento un ospite speciale: Libelloides coccajus, un gioiello volante che incanta chi ha la fortuna di incontrarlo. Non è una farfalla, né una libellula: è un Neurottero, un piccolo predatore straordinario. Le sue lunghe antenne terminano in una curiosa “mazza”, e sulla schiena ha un disegno che sembra quasi una faccina sorridente. Le ali ampie, reticolate e segnate di giallo e nero, lo rendono inconfondibile: sembrano vetrate gotiche in miniatura, attraversate dalla luce. Con il suo volo leggero e instabile, caccia piccoli insetti, contribuendo all’equilibrio del nostro ecosistema nascente.
